Stone & Co (Timber Agents) Ltd is a new business, founded by myself, Alex Stone, on 2nd January 2008.

Having been in the timber industry for over 8 years, I decided to form a company to act as exclusive agents in the UK for Tra & List AB of Sweden and also formed a timber merchant business at North Cotes airfield, Near Marshchapel, Grimsby.

The business has many faces and we deal in many sectors relating to the timber trade. Below is a list of our main activities.

l   Supply of direct loads / ship loads from Sweden/Latvia/Germany/Scotland of most softwood products

l   Supply of timber products from merchant to local trade, public and local merchants

l   Development of computer systems

l   Development of websites

l   Procurement & resale of specialist timber products
